What a resource!

Ok, if you noticed in my little blurb about myself you saw that I said I am a Virtual Real Estate Investor (umm, it might be in the title too, come to think of it). So, what does that mean? That means I can invest in real estate anywhere in the world all from the comfort of my own home.

Sounds great! How do I do it? Well, by way of the internet I can connect with people 3,000 miles away just as easily as I can with my neighbors. And one of the best resources I have at my disposal is a site that launched back in January 2009...Virtual Deal Factory (www.VirtualDealFactory.com).

I joined VDF back in January, when it was in its beta testing and I have been a member ever since. On this site you will find something that will help you investing business. There are thousands of investors in the community that you can connect with to do a deal, find a deal, or just pick their brains to keep learning. I have made some valuable connections and received some great feedback from other members.

If you are looking for deals to buy, there are tons of listings from all over the US.

If you have a deal to sell...you can put your deal in the same place and get it in front of thousands of other investors in about 1 minute.

Do you do rent-to-own? There are hundreds of leads of buyers who are waiting for you to contact them.

There is a lot going on at VDF and more is on the way. Members of the community have asked for more and Mark and Damian have listened and will be rolling out enhancements to the site. How many social networking sites work like that for you?

In addition to all of these things, there is one part that is worth more than you realize at first and those are the daily videos that Mark and Damian do. They hit on all sorts of topics that you will be able to use in your business. These alone are worth the price of admission.

So, don't waste another minute! Head over to www.VirtualDealFactory.com and at least check out what all the fuss is about.

Oh, and keep in touch!
